What You'll Do
Our Technology Modernization team provides independent expertise that enables executives to unlock value from technology and enhance business performance. We deliver rapid and sustainable impact across transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on modernization and strategic enablement.
Key areas include:
- Defining technology strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals and value creation
- Rapid diagnostics and deep-dive assessments to identify performance gaps and root causes
- Platform modernization, including legacy tech-debt assessment, re-platforming strategies, and program recovery
- Business process modernization leveraging innovative technologies (e.g., automation, AI agents)
- Operating model design and transformation to enable scalable, product-oriented delivery
- Technology cost optimization and transparency through benchmarking and spend analysis
- Technology due diligence, carve-out, and post-merger integration planning and execution
- Complex program assurance and turnaround for high-stakes digital transformations

What You'll Need
- Master's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics); MBA is a plus
