You will lead high-impact industrialization and value engineering initiatives that transform complex electromechanical products into simpler, more scalable, cost-effective, and manufacturing-ready solutions. By connecting Product Development, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, you will drive technical decisions that create measurable business value and accelerate industrial performance.
Your Responsibilities
- You will drive end-to-end industrialization and value engineering programs, from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation and results realization.
- You will challenge existing product architectures and design choices, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, modularization, and cost optimization.
- You will influence product development activities, embedding manufacturability, testability, serviceability, and scalability into engineering decisions from the earliest stages.
- You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality,
and Supply Chain to align stakeholders around common objectives and technical trade-offs.
- You will quantify engineering alternatives, translating technical decisions into clear impacts on product cost, CAPEX, quality, capacity, lead times, and overall business performance.
- You will identify value creation opportunities across product specifications, materials, manufacturing processes, supplier strategies, and make-versus-buy decisions.
- You will simplify industrial and manufacturing architectures, reducing complexity, product variants, interfaces, and operational inefficiencies.
- You will communicate complex technical challenges in a clear and structured way, enabling effective decision-making at both operational and leadership levels.
Your Background
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technical p
