Job Description Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Italianregion in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Set ambitious revenue targets and establish sales quotas, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple markets within the German region.
Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Market Expansion and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand market presence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.

Sales Operations and Execution:
