Key Responsibilities Provide high-level technical assistance for Microsoft software and service ecosystems
Resolve complex IT inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat, ensuring maximum user satisfaction
Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and troubleshooting steps within our CRM systems
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to elevate and resolve critical product concerns
Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) within the fast-paced Information Technology sector
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technological releases and cloud computing trends
Deliver consistent, professional, and empathetic support to Italian-speaking enterprise and consumer clients
Requirements Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role
Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece
Strong affinity for technology and passion for the IT industry
Exceptional communication skills and a customer‐centric mindset
