We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent For Netflix position in Greece. Provide high-quality support to Netflix users via chat, email, and telephone
Assist subscribers with account management, billing inquiries, and streaming connectivity issues
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining deep knowledge of the platform's library and features
Adhere to quality standards and response time metrics within the streaming platforms environment
Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex issues and ensure timely resolution for the user
Contribute to the positive brand reputation of Netflix through professional and empathetic communication
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Excellent command of the English language for corporate communication
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece
Strong passion for streaming platforms and digital entertainment media
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered a significant advantage
