ABOUT FERUS
FERUS is a growing brand partner and creative orchestrator that brings hospitality‐led brands to life. We specialise in creating, activating, and commercialising holistic brand concepts that go beyond strategy, turning ideas into meaningful guest experiences and tangible business success. We are not a traditional agency,
but a strategic counterpart for hoteliers and creatives, building brands that feel alive, grounded, and relevant.
Our clients include places like Bellagio in Lake Como, Das Kranzbach in Bavaria, Rote Wand in Austria, and other leading hospitality brands across Europe.
As our Project Manager, you will independently lead and deliver branding and marketing projects for our clients – from positioning and identity to campaigns, content and launch. You will work closely with the founder, the Head of Marketing & Communications, and our creative network. Next to the project work, we are looking for someone who not only shapes the future of our clients, but also helps grow and refine FERUS as a company.
YOUR ROLE
This is a hands‐on role for someone who is structured, and experienced in leading brand and communication projects – with a clear sense of timing, priorities, and client needs. You will manage your own portfolio of projects
