La risorsa si occuperà di accoglienza clienti, check-in/check-out e gestione prenotazioni, offrendo assistenza di alto livello. Viene richiesta esperienza di 2–3 anni in strutture analoghe, disponibilità a turnazioni su due orari e nei weekend, ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e preferibilmente inglese e/o tedesco, discrezione e rispetto della privacy.
