Job Description BD Rowa Italy Project Manager will manage the entire development cycle of the BD Rowa orders, starting from the handover with the sales force, contact with the customer, development of the project with the related stakeholders, handover with the service team, up to obtaining the EC Form.
Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation,
and budget forecasts.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Report and elevate to management as needed, providing regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project management processes.
