We're thrilled to introduce a key role within our Legal and Contracts Department that connects our cutting-edge technology with the regulatory and utility landscape across Italy and other EU countries. Negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for Sungrow's projects in Italy and other EMEA regions.
Support contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts.
Review, draft, and qualify various contractual documents such as General Terms & Conditions and non-disclosure agreements.
Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with both new and existing clients.
Create comprehensive contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel of obligations and objectives.
Negotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on active projects, advising commercial managers.
Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, processes, and procedures within Sungrow's Business Management System.
