- Secure efficient daily operations by planning people, shifts, workflow and equipment while analysing priorities, volumes and seasonal needs. Encourage quality awareness within the team to reduce errors and support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the implementation of sustainability initiatives within the operations area, integrating them into daily practices and team behaviours.

- Ability to communicate confidently in both Italian and English.

Permanent contract classified at Level I under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Modern Organized Distribution. The annual gross salary for this position starts from €33,500 .
