Join us as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in Space. /ppInside the Ground Segment and Systems Engineering Area in Rome, we are looking for a Ground Segment AIV Manager to be assigned to the System Deployment and Qualification Unit. The Ground Segment AIV Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all Assembly, Integration and Verification (AIV) activities related to Ground Segment systems for space missions. The role ensures that ground infrastructure, software, networks, mission control systems and operational environments are deployed, integrated, tested and validated according to program requirements, quality standards and project schedules. He/She will act as the technical and managerial focal point for Ground Segment AIV activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and customers throughout the project lifecycle. /ph3Activities/Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and maintain the Ground Segment AIV strategy, plans and procedures. /liliDevelop Integration, Verification and Validation (IVV) roadmaps aligned with project milestones. /liliCoordinate Assembly, Integration and Test activities across multiple Ground Segment elements. /liliEnsure traceability between requirements, test cases and verification evidence. /liliReview and approve test procedures, test reports and verification documentation. /liliLead and coordinate multidisciplinary AIV engineers and specialists. /liliManage workload allocation, priorities and resource planning. /liliInterface with System Engineering, Operations, Software Development, Infrastructure and security teams.
