We work in mortgage, finance, and real estate, our thumbnails lean hyper-realistic: real locations, real buildings, real people. That takes technical skill and a real grasp of realism, while still earning the click. We currently have 5 other designers on the team, they have each been designing thumbnails for years and are talented, we just need another hire to help with capacity.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign 10 to 20 thumbnails a week (40 to 80 a month) with a 24 to 48 hour turnaround. If you can do more we will pay you more. /liliBuild and maintain a visual branding system for each client, and follow their brand style guides. /liliCreate A/B test variations and iterate quickly based on click-through rate. /liliQC your own work before you submit. /liliKeep files and assets organized so anyone on the team can find them. /liliWork with editors, writers, and strategists to help each channel grow by 100 to 1,000 subscribers a month. /liliAttend team meetings as a design team /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli2+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio of YouTube thumbnails.
