We are currently seeking a Senior CAD Engineer - to join our dynamic team in Bologna, Italy!

POSITION SUMMARY

- Presales Senior CAD Engineer is an important part of an interdisciplinary team of technical experts (electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural) to bring together schematic design for Data center (Hyperscale, Enterprise, Colocation, Edge, CLS) and Critical Infrastructure facilities. Position includes applying theoretical knowledge, practical engineering skills, coaching, mentoring as well as communication skills in the fields of Clean Energy, AI and Data center design.

Must have SWG, design - autocad, SKIDs

What kind of work will you be doing?

- Reading and understanding RFP and tender documents
- Reading and understanding customer requirements provided by SA and sales team
- Understanding of architectural and construction standards
- CAD (Revit, ACAD) Modeling
- Providing and reviewing design documents
- Handling multiple concurrent opportunities
- Ability to lead activities
- Demonstrated ability to handle opportunities of medium complexity without supervision
- Support team lead




Mentoring new employees

What will make you successful?

- Good CAD capabilities including the ability to represent 3D, layouts, sections
- PC skills: Active user of Windows, MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), AutoCAD, Revit
- Technical/practical skills: Advanced analytical skills, Assessment skills, Organizational skills

The anticipated salary range for this role in Bologna, Italy is between 65.000€ and 75.000€ gross per year (based on a full-time working week). Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits. Where applicable, a comprehensive overview of the full benefits package and any additional compensation will be provided during the recruitment process in accordance with local legal requirements. Compensation is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
