pIn this Senior HR Manager role, you drive the people strategy for Six Senses Rome, partnering with leadership to align HR practices with the brand's vision of sustainability, wellness, and extraordinary guest experiences. You lead an engaged HR team, ensure compliance and operational excellence, and champion development, engagement, and inclusive culture across Hosts. You'll shape workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to support growth and high performance. This is an opportunity to influence culture at a luxury property that prioritizes wellbeing, responsibility, and pioneering experiences. /pulliLead day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with Six Senses standards and Italian employment law /liliSupport development and execution of the property's HR strategy including manpower planning, payroll, benefits budgeting, training and Host engagement /liliDrive recruitment, employer branding, internal mobility and career development /liliOversee succession planning, IDPs and talent reviews to build a strong internal pipeline /liliCoach and develop the HR team with clear direction and ongoing feedback /liliBuild trusted relationships with Hosts and leaders and promote an inclusive, high-performing culture /liliLead Host engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and action plans to improve the Host experience /liliOversee performance management, appraisals and development conversations /liliEnsure accurate HR documentation and confidential handling of Host files /liliMonitor payroll,
benefits and HR costs with Finance and provide forecasting and reporting /liliConduct salary benchmarking to align with market practices and legal requirements /liliEnsure compliance with labour legislation, collective bargaining, safety, data protection; collaborate with external consultants as needed /liliSupport employee relations, disciplinary handling and policy enforcement /liliOversee onboarding, training and Host development in collaboration with Training team /liliChampion Mission Wellness and sustainability initiatives with HR and Sustainability teams /liliCoordinate Host accommodation, facilities, welfare initiatives and a safe working environment /liliManage Host engagement activities, recognition and internal communications /liliMaintain open communication with Department Heads and ExCom to ensure HR is a trusted business partner /liliAlign people priorities with business objectives with Cluster Director of HR and General Manager /liliPrepare and submit HR reports, forecasts and compliance documentation /liliReview HR processes to improve efficiency and internal controls /liliStay updated on industry trends and best practices in luxury hospitality and employment law /liliPerform additional duties as required by leadership /liliBachelor in Hospitality Management /liliMinimum 5 years of HR experience in luxury hotels or hospitality /liliExperience in Italy with knowledge of Italian labour laws /liliProven track record in high-volume recruitment, workforce planning and employee relations /liliAdvanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) /liliExcellent English and Italian (written and spoken); additional languages a plus /liliEU passport or valid work authorization for Italy /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
