pIn this role you will support service orders, billing, and operational processes to ensure an excellent customer experience. You will collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, Field Service, Finance and Support to process orders, issue invoices on time, and resolve issues. You will maintain data quality across CRM/ERP and contribute to continuous improvement and forecasting. You thrive in a dynamic, multi-priority environment and drive operational excellence. /pulliManage service orders through system processing and execution /liliEnsure timely and accurate customer billing for contract and non-contract services /liliInvestigate and resolve billing issues with internal stakeholders and customers /liliSupport invoicing dispute resolution with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Finance and Operations /liliMaintain accuracy and integrity of customer and contract data in company systems /liliWork across CRM, ERP and service management platforms to execute operational activities and maintain data quality /liliCollaborate with Service Sales, Field Service, Service Delivery,
