ams OSRAM is seeking a technical expert for physical implementation of high-speed digital and mixed-signal ICs, who will lead PnR from synthesis to tape-out and define digital backend flows. The role requires a MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of backend experience.

The successful candidate will drive timing closure, work with Cadence EDA tools, mentor engineers, and collaborate across multiple projects and business units, including interface with foundries and vendors.
