pIn this global role, you own the MV Secondary Switchgear AIS/GIS portfolio across its lifecycle, aligning with customer needs and business strategy. You define the product strategy and roadmap, driving new development, launches, lifecycle management, and phase-outs. You collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RD and Operations to align priorities and ensure sustainable growth. The role includes governance, regulatory and sustainability commitments, including the SF6-free transition. Hybrid work model; location in Europe (Norway or Italy) with potential for other locations. /pulliOwn the global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle priorities for the MV Secondary Switchgear AIS and GIS portfolio /liliDevelop and maintain the product business plan with objectives, value creation, investments, and KPIs /liliTranslate market and customer needs into product/technology priorities /liliBuild strong relationships with customers, utilities, markets, and internal stakeholders /liliLead product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out; initiate new developments, variants, and cost-improvement initiatives /liliDefine product requirements and target specifications balancing customer value, feasibility, cost, and time-to-market /liliCollaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market, sales enablement,



and training /liliPlan and coordinate product launches and phase-outs; ensure market readiness across regions /liliProvide product expertise for strategic opportunities and complex requirements; govern roadmap and risks /liliEnsure regulatory, safety, cybersecurity, and quality compliance; promote sustainability and SF6-free initiatives /liliAdvances innovation and sustainability priorities within the portfolio /liliBachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering /liliMinimum 10 years in MV switchgear, product management, or related field /liliExperience in global, cross-functional environments /liliUnderstanding of MV switchgear applications, standards, regulatory compliance, safety, sustainability, SF6-free portfolio transition /liliProven track record in global product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle management /liliExperience with go-to-market, product launches, and cross-regional execution /liliStrong cross-functional stakeholder management and ability to influence in matrix environments /liliFluent English; willingness to travel internationally /liliCross-functional collaboration /liliEffective communication /liliMV switchgear knowledge /liliGo-to-market strategy and product launches /li /ulpGlobal Product Manager – MV Secondary Switchgears (AIS GIS) monza-brianza, lombardia, it /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
