With more than 60 years of industry expertise, the Group is recognized for innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric solutions, operating in more than 80 countries with a significant installed base worldwide. The new Managing Director will assume full responsibility for the leadership and management of the Italian business, with strategic, commercial, and operational accountability for delivering sustainable growth, profitability, and organizational development in line with Group expectations. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDefine the local business strategy and ensure achievement of corporate objectives through budget management and performance monitoring. /li liLead, develop, and support the local organization to achieve revenue and EBIT targets. /li liManage and further develop the commercial organization, including talent development and key contractual negotiations.



/li liDrive sales and marketing strategies to generate new business, expand the customer base, and develop new markets. /li liAnalyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities. /li liAct as the primary interface between the local business and Group management, providing market intelligence and strategic insight. /li /ul h3CANDIDATE PROFILE /h3 ul liProven leadership experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector, ideally machinery or service-related activities. /li liDemonstrated success managing a full PL and delivering ambitious business objectives. /li liUniversity degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration; postgraduate qualifications a plus. /li liStrong commercial experience in capital equipment or industrial solutions. /li liExcellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liFluent English required; availability for domestic and international travel. /li /ul pConfidential Search - the client's identity is disclosed only to shortlisted, qualified candidates. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
