About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in financial planning, reporting, analysis, and audit activities within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit-related projects, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of detailed budgets, forecasts, and actual financial reports.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts for both revenues and costs.
- Identify, investigate, and document financial variances, providing clear explanations and narrative commentary on key drivers and business impacts.
- Review accounting transactions and analyze financial results, proposing accounting adjustments when necessary.
- Assist with audits of collection society reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy of reported data.
- Support the audit process for local original production companies,
including data collection, validation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather financial information and ensure timely reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting quality and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English.
