For more information, visit /ppThe Senior Refund Operator is an experienced operational role, responsible for performing standard Refund Operator activities while acting as a reliable point of reference for the Venice team when the Manager is not on site. The role remains fully operational and serves as a link between the Venice team and the Airport Manager ad interim, helping ensure smooth communication and providing support on day-to-day operational matters when needed. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as a reliable point of reference for colleagues based on experience and operational knowledge. /liliServe as a link between the Venice team and the Malpensa Airport Manager when needed. /liliProvide practical support to colleagues in handling day-to-day operational issues. /liliEscalate relevant operational matters to the Manager when necessary. /liliSupport and guide less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices. /liliEnsure operational continuity when the Manager is not physically present on site. /li /ulh3Ideal Candidate Profile /h3pWe are looking for an experienced, reliable, and customer-oriented professional who can work autonomously in a dynamic airport environment. /pulliHas an excellent command of English. /liliSpeaks additional foreign languages, which will be considered a strong advantage. /liliHas previous experience in similar roles,
