To strengthen our growth in the IT Department , we are looking for an bIT /b bAsset Specialist /b in our IT Governance and Asset Management team based in Piombino Dese (PD).
The role will focus on ensuring effective asset management, accurate cost tracking, and compliance with internal processes, while supporting IT financial planning and reporting activities.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the IT Asset Specialist will contribute to optimizing asset utilization, improving cost efficiency, and strengthening overall IT governance.
/ph3You will: /h3ulliMonitor the IT budget and perform variance analysis, identifying key deviations and supporting corrective actions.
/liliManage the collection, consolidation, and monitoring of IT costs, including software licenses, vendors, and technology services.
/liliManage the IT asset lifecycle, from procurement and allocation to maintenance and decommissioning.
/liliSupport and review - with other IT teams - IT invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreed terms, supporting the approval and payment process.
/liliPrepare and maintain reporting on IT costs, assets, investments, and related financial metrics.
/liliSupport the IT function in tracking investments and expenditures, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
/liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on IT assets, costs, and billing-related activities.
/liliContribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of IT financial and asset management processes.
/li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Information Technology,



Computer Science, or a related discipline.
/liliPrevious experience in IT, IT asset management, IT financial management, controlling, or a related field.
/liliStrong interest in IT and in financial and business management topics.
/liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
/liliStrong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
/liliGood organizational and communication skills.
/liliAbility to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
/liliProactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
