Your Impact
As our IT Onsite Specialist, you will be the local IT reference for the Italian & Adria markets site, covering both site-specific and regional responsibilities across business applications, data, infrastructure and user support.
You will keep systems secure and running, support colleagues and top management every day, and contribute to global LIXIL and regional IT projects.
What You’ll Do
Data, EDI & Order Management
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI, order processing and backend logistics flows (GOL), while supporting Revenue Management applications for OOH and Agent channels.
- Manage data cubes (MS Analysis Services, Google BigQuery), develop and optimize SQL queries for business reporting, and support FSD/CSD implementation.
Facilities, Telecom & Device Management
- Manage physical access and security systems, including alarms, parking, corporate badges and attendance logs.
- Manage corporate mobile devices through Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune, including policies and contracts in line with HQ and Regional guidelines.
- Administer local telephony and contact center infrastructure (Cisco Unified CM/CCX).
User Support & Operational Excellence
- Provide 2nd-level end-user and VIP support,
including technical and A/V setup and live support for meetings, conferences and events.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of IT equipment and appropriate ergonomic workstation set-ups, both onsite and remotely.
IT Infrastructure, Security & Compliance
- Ensure data, network and remote-access security in line with LIXIL standards, including LAN/cabling, hardware upgrades, backups and secure VPN/networking.
- Monitor compliance with software licensing requirements and regulations.
Governance, Projects & Vendor Management
- Contribute to global LIXIL projects and lead/support regional IT initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers and support Regional Leadership with IT budget planning and execution.
- Evaluate and deploy new technologies and systems in line with HQ requirements, partnering with business stakeholders to improve performance and efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in SQL, MS Analysis Services, Google BigQuery, Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, Cisco Unified CM/CCX and SAP.
- Hands-on experience with EDI flows, logistics software, physical access control systems and LAN/cabling maintenance.
- Proven track record in 2nd-level and VIP support, project coordination and vendor management in an international company.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Native Italian and fluent English.
