/p h3Must-Haves /h3 pExperience: 10+ years specializing in Power Plant Controllers (PPC), Micro Grid Controllers (MGCC), and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
/p pProven Track Record:

Led RD for products/solutions successfully deployed in multiple 100MW+ projects across Europe.
/p pMarket Knowledge: Deep understanding of European new energy delivery processes, power plant safety standards, and project implementation challenges.
/p pTechnical Proficiency: Strong command of IEC ***** standards and tools, specifically Structured Text (ST) and Function Block Diagram (FBD) programming /p h3Nice-to-Haves /h3 pHands-on experience with Siemens or Schneider Electric microgrid hardware/software (including third-party device integration).
