La risorsa collaborerà con lo Chef e con il resto della brigata, occupandosi della propria linea, per la preparazione e cottura delle pietanze e della presentazione dei piatti.
La Risorsa dovrà avere autonomia nella gestione della partita, conoscenza delle principali tecniche di preparazione e cottura dei cibi, cura ed attenzione nella preparazione dei piatti.
Inizialmente il contratto avrà la durata di 6/12 mesi successivamente sarà valutata la possibilità della trasformazione a Tempo Indeterminato.
