/p h3Role Description /h3 pFor a major capital project at the manufacturing site of a leading global pharmaceutical company, we are seeking an experienced bElectrical Construction Manager /b to oversee the installation of a new electrical substation.
/p pThe role requires a strong electrical engineering background, proven construction management expertise, and direct experience delivering projects within operational pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
/p h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead and supervise on-site electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved engineering documentation, and HSE requirements.
/li liManage electrical contractors and subcontractors, overseeing execution quality, construction progress, and schedule adherence.
/li liCoordinate the installation of electrical substation equipment and associated power distribution infrastructure.
/li liManage construction interfaces across engineering,
site operations, contractors, and commissioning teams.
/li liOversee site inspections, quality control activities, and resolution of technical issues arising during construction.
/li liSupport construction completion, system handover, and commissioning readiness.
/li /ul h3Profile: /h3 ul liExperience in electrical construction management within the bpharmaceutical industry /b.
/li liTrack record in the installation or upgrade of industrial electrical substations and power distribution systems.
/li liTechnical knowledge of MV/LV electrical infrastructure, switchgear, transformers, and associated electrical installations.
/li liAbility to manage multiple contractors and coordinate construction activities in complex, highly regulated manufacturing environments.
/li liUnderstanding of construction safety, quality assurance, and site execution requirements.
/li liFluent Italian is mandatory, as the role requires daily coordination with local contractors, site personnel, and technical stakeholders.
