La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di:
- Operare all’interno dei reparti produttivi seguendo le procedure aziendali;
- Preparazione, pesatura e movimentazione delle materie prime;
- Conduzione e controllo degli impianti e delle apparecchiature di produzione;
- Esecuzione delle lavorazioni secondo le ricette e le istruzioni operative;
- Controllo dei parametri di processo e segnalazione di eventuali anomalie;
- Compilazione della documentazione relativa alle attività produttive;
- Rispetto delle procedure aziendali in materia di qualità, sicurezza e atmosfera;
- Collaborazione con il reparto produttivo e con il laboratorio/controllo qualità, ove necessario.
