pExcis is seeking a proactive L2 Desktop Engineer to provide second-level local and remote desktop support for a client in Italy.
You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure workstations, and manage tickets to meet SLAs.
/ppThis role requires 1 year of desktop support experience, solid Windows and MS Office knowledge, basic networking, and full onsite availability in Italy.
Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2) is expected, with immediate start preferred.
