h3Lead Project Controls on Major Pharmaceutical Investments /h3pOur client is delivering significant pharmaceutical capital projects across Italy and is seeking an experienced bProject Controls Lead / Director /b to establish, lead and continuously improve an integrated Project Controls function.
/ppThis is a highly visible leadership role where you will work closely with project leaders, contractors and stakeholders to provide the governance, reporting and performance insight required to successfully deliver complex programmes.
/ppYou will be responsible for integrating cost, schedule, risk and change management processes while providing the analysis and forecasting that supports informed project decision-making.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and coordinate the integrated Project Controls function across major pharmaceutical projects /liliEstablish governance frameworks, procedures, standards and reporting requirements /liliIntegrate cost, planning, risk and change management processes into a single controls framework /liliDevelop KPI reporting, project performance dashboards and forecasting processes /liliMonitor project performance and identify trends,
risks and opportunities /liliCoordinate project controls activities across contractors, consultants and stakeholders /liliSupport project leadership with performance analysis and strategic recommendations /liliDrive continuous improvement across project controls systems and reporting /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliExtensive Project Controls experience including leadership responsibility /liliSignificant experience on pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, oil gas or highly regulated manufacturing projects.
