As Customer Service Representative reporting to our Customer Service Manager, you will work in the customer service team and among your main responsibilities you will be managing incoming calls, e-mails, service complaints, invoice rejections, and also provide full support to back office activities.
Main responsibilities will include: Troubleshooting towards internal and external clients Ability to look after complaints Handle invoice rejections Follow up of the orders
