As a Digital Verification Engineer at Bosch Sensortec, you verify complex Digital and Mixed-Signal ASICs using modern verification methods and AI-assisted workflows.
You will build scalable verification environments to ensure first-silicon quality and robust product performance.

Verify advanced Digital and Mixed-Signal ASICs using state-of-the-art methodologies and tools
Develop scalable, reusable verification environments to enable first silicon success




Apply functional and formal verification techniques to improve reliability and performance
Collaborate with international engineers across multiple locations
Contribute across the full product lifecycle from concept to qualification
Document and improve verification processes and best practices
5+ years of ASIC/SoC verification experience
Proficiency in UVM, formal verification, and directed verification
Solid understanding of digital design xysqume (VHDL/Verilog, Digital IP)
Experience building/debugging verification environments for complex designs
Hands-on with state-of-the-art simulation, verification, and EDA tools
Knowledge of analog/mixed-signal modeling (wreal, MATLAB/Simulink, SystemC)
Power-aware verification and UPF
Ability to apply AI-assisted engineering workflows to verification
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
