As part of our next phase of growth, we are establishing a dedicated North American Corporate organization that will support the development and expansion of our business across the region.
/p pTo support this ambitious journey, we are looking for an HR Business Partner.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ulliSupport organizational design, workforce planning and business growth initiatives.
/liliHelp define and implement HR processes, policies, and governance practices appropriate for the North American market.
/liliEnsure alignment between Group People strategies and local market requirements /liliLead talent acquisition activities for the region.
/liliSupport onboarding, performance management,



succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
/liliEnsure compliance with U.S. employment regulations and local HR practices.
/liliSupport employee relations activities and HR operational processes.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ulliSignificant experience in HR Business Partnering or broader HR leadership roles.
/liliUnderstanding of the North American labor market and employment environment.
/liliExperience supporting business transformation, organizational change and scaling organizations.
/liliDemonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
/liliStrong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
/liliAbility to operate autonomously in evolving and entrepreneurial environments.
/liliExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.
/liliFull professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
/liliWillingness to relocate to New York /li /ul pThe salary range listed in the advert refers to the seniority level specified.
