Preclinical candidates developed at Philochem are subsequently manufactured at Philogen's authorized GMP facilities in Siena (Italy).
/p pPhilogen currently sponsors and coordinates Phase I, II, and III clinical trials in Europe and the United States.
The clinical department is based in the Siena, Milan, and Zurich offices.
/p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Medical Doctor to join as Deputy Chief Medical Officer.
/p pYou will play a key role in providing medical oversight, expertise and leadership to ensure the strategy, development and implementation of clinical trials, supporting the RD department in planning product availability for clinical studies.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide support in developing strategic plans for the company's product portfolio to ensure development programs.
/li liSupport the design of study protocols, medical reports, statistical analysis plans and regulatory application documentation /li liSupervise pharmacovigilance,



monitoring patient safety and ensure global regulatory standards /li liInteract with regulatory and project management teams to coordinate discussions with health authorities and clinical centers and develop relations with leading physicians.
/li liAppropriately represent Philogen when building and maintaining relationships with partners.
/li liCoordinate Medical and Biostatistic teams.
/li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 ul liEducational Requirements: A degree in Medicine (mandatory requirement) /li liRequired Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical development in a Pharmaceutical Company /li liBiostatistical knowledge in the context of clinical trials.
/li liAn excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
