ph3Job description /h3 ul liDevelop the commercial sales of the ANDRITZ FB service portfolio in the territory towards achieving the goals, including profitable growth (together to Sales team).
/li liPropose, develop and implement plans for improving / maximizing FB sales and earnings in the territory and meeting agreed targets and KPI's, in line with the service execution / AFT strategy.
/li liMaintain and further develop relationships to potential customers and key accounts in the territory.
/li liDevelop quotes, conduct negotiations and close contracts according to FB's pricing policy and approval procedures.
/li liMonitor plan and report market opportunities and sales activities of the service portfolio through ANDRITZ CRM and monthly reports.
/li liSupport and secure successful order transfer with all necessary technical and commercial information.
/li liAttend relevant events and conferences to build business and stay abreast of industry news to identify opportunities for new business.
/li liGrow market share in all applications (animal feed, aqua pet, biomass waste) and further strengthen ANDRITZ's brand in the territory.
/li liPromote knowledge sharing in the territory as well as a structured sales approach.
/li liShow strong leadership by setting clear expectations and developing the skills and competencies of the employees in the sales and service teams.

/li liSupport to Capital and Aftermarket sales on application matters /li /ul h3TECHNICAL SKILLS /h3 ul liMachinery / Engineering / Automation skills /li liMarketing principles /li liCustomer Experience principles /li liKnowledge of FB Products and business processes on all segment's animal feed, aqua pet,
biomass waste /li liTrack record and proven background in business development and sales of service solutions /li liNetworking with stakeholders in the relevant territory.
/li liExperience in using CRM and other sales tools /li liTechnology skills (ANDRITZ IT and IoT Tools) /li liLanguage skills : ul liEnglish fluency (must have) /li liSpanish fluency (must have) /li liItalian fluency (must have) /li /ul /li /ul h3Education Background /h3 ul liHigher Education/Graduate course in a relevant technical area combined with strong services experience and customer orientation.
/li liMinimum 10 years of experience working in Services, managing medium and long term contracts preferably in Feed Biofuel industry (Animal Feed, PET Food and Aqua Feed, Biofuel projects) or similar industries.
/li liExperience in working in matrix structure.
