/p pAs bProject Supply Chain Manager /b, you will respond to the Procurement Manager of the PROJECT SC MANAGEMENT ENCAR AND SINFR department and be part of the ENCAR Business line.
/p h3How can you support us?
Here below your responsibilities: /h3 ul liEnsure an effective interface between the Project organization and the Procurement functions; /li liInterface with the equivalent Client function, where required; /li liPlan and coordinate the procurement processes for materials, services, and subcontracting activities; /li liEnsure that procurement activities comply with project requirements and constraints; /li liContribute to ensuring full compliance with tendering procedures; /li liAnalyse contractual terms and client requirements; /li liContribute to project planning and scheduling activities; /li liDefine and issue the Project Procurement Procedures in line with Company procedures and contractual obligations; /li liDefine the applicable General Conditions and Special Conditions and prepare the Instructions to Bidders; /li liAgree and manage all procurement milestones,



from the issuance of the Purchase Requisition through to the issuance of the Purchase Order, ensuring compliance with project deadlines; /li liConsolidate the Project Vendors/Subcontractors List and bidders lists, taking into account Project requirements and contributions from other functions; /li liDefine the Project procurement strategy; /li liMonitor the consumption of man-hours allocated to Procurement, identifying corrective or mitigating actions as required; /li liEnsure compliance with procurement guidelines and procedures; /li liContribute to Tendering Strategies; /li liPerform a preliminary review of the admissibility of the Technical Evaluation of bids; /li liReview draft contracts, with particular attention to any deviations from Company standards and/or Project requirements; /li liPrepare and issue periodic reports on the progress of Procurement activities.
/li /ul h3What are we looking for?
/h3 pbEducation: /b Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in Engineering /p pbExperience: /b 5-10 years as a Procurement Manager / Project Supply Chain Manager within bOilGas field.
/b /p pbLanguages: /b Italian and English B2/C1 /p pbTechnical/IT Skills: /b Microsoft Office (EXCEL and WORD: ADVANCED LEVEL), knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba are a plus.

/h3 pThis role requires availability for long?term overseas assignments, based on project needs.
