About the Role
The role involves engaging, coaching and inspiring members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals, whether in one-to-one or group sessions. The successful candidate will join a team whose members are ambassadors for the business and the heart of what the organisation does. The role sits within a premium health and wellness group and is focused on delivering a great quality experience to members.
Key Responsibilities
Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
Deliver one-to-one swimming sessions.
Deliver group swimming sessions.
Act as an ambassador for the business.
Deliver a great quality experience to members.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.

Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
Great communication and collaboration skills.
A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to members.
