To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for an experienced, creative, and quality-driven Pastry Chef / Demi Chef Pâtisserie (m/f/d) who will enrich our team with passion, precision, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Your Tasks

- Preparation of attractive and varied cakes and tarts as well as desserts according to the SAN SONNEA food concept under the direction of the Chef de Patisserie
- Preparation of an attractive and varied dessert buffet
- Responsibility for the cleanliness of the counter
- Serving plates at the pass
- Compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines

Your Profile

- Professional qualification as a patissier or an equivalent diploma or experience in the upscale gastronomy sector
- Basic knowledge of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine
- Passion for the profession
- Enthusiasm for teamwork
- Willingness to learn
- Creativity
- Openness to new ideas
- Ability to work under pressure
