/p pTo support the company's ambitious growth plan, we are seeking a bSenior Business Development Manager /b with solid experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in developing opportunities within the bB2B solar photovoltaic (PV) market in the CI Italian SME industry /b.
/p pReporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities, making a direct contribution to the achievement of the company's growth objectives.
/p pThe ideal candidate has a strong network within the energy sector, extensive experience managing complex negotiations, and a proven ability to generate and close opportunities, delivering an annual target of b10 to 50 MW of new solar PV installations /b.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement the company's national business development strategy for Italian SME /li liIdentify and secure new opportunities within the Italian SME for Commercial Industrial (CI) segment /li liManage the entire sales cycle, from commercial proposal through contract negotiation NO and execution /li liLead complex, high-value negotiations with CEOs, CFOs, Procurement Managers,
and business owners /li liBuild and maintain a qualified pipeline capable of generating ****** MW of new solar PPA PV projects annually /li liContinuously monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments within the energy sector /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in business , Engineering, or a related field.
MBA preference /li liMinimum of 15 years of experience and strong relationships with C-level decision-makers in the Italian CI SME market within the solar PV or energy sector /li liProven experience managing and successfully closing strategic negotiations with corporate clientsDemonstrated track record in business generation and solar PPA PV project development /li liStrong ability to negotiate PPA long-term agreements and high-value contracts /li liResults-oriented mindset with strong entrepreneurial drive /li liExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills /li liFluent English proficiency /li /ul pThis job description is intended as a general guideline and is not exhaustive; it is a flexible document and may be subject to change to meet the evolving needs of the company.
