Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you will partner with managers, support employees throughout their career journey, and drive HR initiatives that contribute directly to our site's success. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as a trusted partner and coach to managers on all employee and organizational matters /li liSupport the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding /li liFoster a positive employee experience and help build a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture /li liAdvise on employee relations topics and ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies /li liCollaborate with employee representatives and support industrial relations activities /li liDrive talent management, learning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives /li liSupport compensation, benefits, payroll, and workforce planning processes /li liAnalyze HR data and trends to provide insights that support business decisions /li liLead and contribute to local and global HR projects and change initiatives /li liPromote our company values and help strengthen employee engagement across the site /li /ul h3Your Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field /li liSeveral years of HR experience,
ideally as a Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international manufacturing environment /li liGood knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations practices /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels /li liExperience advising managers on performance, talent, and organizational topics /li liA proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills /li liAnalytical thinking and confidence in working with HR data and metrics /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications /li liFluent Italian and English language skills /li /ul pAre you passionate about helping people grow, partnering with leaders, and creating a workplace where talent can succeed?
