/p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for a Tourism Manager to lead the tourism strategy for Noventa Designer Outlet, one of Italy's premier shopping destinations.
In this role, you'll develop and execute the annual tourism business plan, build strategic relationships with tour operators and tourism stakeholders, identify new business opportunities and deliver initiatives that increase visitor numbers, footfall and revenue.

/p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 pAs Tourism Manager, you will drive commercial growth by delivering the annual tourism business plan for Noventa Designer Outlet, aligned with McArthurGlen's wider strategy and focused on maximising local and international opportunities.
You will build and strengthen relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, tourism boards and key industry partners, positioning the centre as a leading shopping destination.
Working closely with centre and corporate teams, you will develop innovative partnerships and initiatives that increase visitor numbers and revenue.
You will also represent the business at industry events and trade shows, identify emerging market opportunities, and use tourism, sales and footfall data to measure performance, generate insights and shape future strategy.
/p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience working with tour operators, tourism boards, travel agencies and other industry partners.
/li liStrong B2B partnership and stakeholder management skills.
/li liExcellent networking, influencing and negotiation skills.




/li liCommercial awareness and experience using data and insight to drive results.
/li liFluent Italian and English language skills.
/li liStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
