/liliStrong technical background in extrusion technologies and packaging materials.
/liliExperience in innovation, product development, technical marketing,application development or similar cross-functional roles.
/liliProven track record of working with customers and translating market needs into innovation initiatives.
/liliExperience operating within international and matrix organizations.
/liliExposure to sustainability-driven innovation and packaging regulations is highlydesirable.
