/p pWe are looking for someone who will: /p ul liBuild, integrate and maintain machine learning models in a development environment /li liHigh level of business understanding to tackle any problem with the best possible approach /li liCreate simple but very informative visualizations to explain your work for a broad audience /li liIdentify data requirements and needs along with the data engineering team /li liBe able to collaborate with teams remotely, not only locally /li liConduct data analysis to support business decisions.
/li liCollaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability.
/li liCollaborate with our data engineering team to implement solutions to meet the company's goals /li liDocument your work to have a solid foundation of it for new team members or future references /li /ul pRequirements: /p ul li1+ years of experience as a Data Scientistbr/Proficiency in SQL,



Python, and Git.
/li liExperience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
/li liExperience with object-oriented programming (OOP).
/li liFamiliarity with AWS and Databricks.
/li liUnderstanding of data science best practices.
/li liAbility to say 'I don't know' and willingness to research and find solutions.
/li liGood english level.
/li /ul pPreferred Qualifications: /p ul libExperience with Corporate Bill Pay and Spend Management: /b Familiarity with corporate bill pay, credit card, and spend management products.
/li libData Visualization Tools: /b Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, QuickSight, and Databricks.
/li libProgramming Skills: /b Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and modeling.
/li libA/B Testing and Experimentation: /b Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to drive product decisions.
/li libRegulatory Compliance: /b Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial sector, especially those relevant to Latin America.
