pWe are looking for a Firmware Engineer to contribute to the design and development of electronic systems for Defence applications, with a particular focus on firmware development, FPGA design, and digital signal processing.

/liliDevelopment, integration, and verification of firmware solutions on FPGA platforms.
/liliCollaboration with multidisciplinary teams to define, implement, and validate technical solutions.
/li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor's or Master's Degree in: /pulliElectronic Engineering /liliComputer Engineering /liliTelecommunications Engineering /li /ulh3Essential Technical Skills /h3ulliKnowledge of DO-254 standards.
/liliExperience in software development using C/C++.
/liliKnowledge of Tcl, Python, and Shell scripting.
/liliExperience in RTL design and verification.
/liliHDL coding experience.
/liliExperience with pre- and post-synthesis simulations.
/liliKnowledge of Static Timing Analysis (STA) methodologies.
/liliExperience with MATLAB and Simulink.
/liliKnowledge of System Generator, DSP Builder, and HDL Coder.
/liliExperience with Xilinx and Intel FPGA technologies.
/liliProficiency with Vivado and Quartus development environments.
/liliKnowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for radar applications.
/liliUnderstanding of analog and digital communication systems.

/liliThe compensation package for this position ranges from EUR 33,000 to EUR 38,000 gross per year.
/liliThe employment level and compensation will be defined during the selection process, based on the candidate's experience and profile, in accordance with the Italian Metalworking Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
