/p pShort-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview and selected candidates will become part of WeWorld roster list of professionals who will be contacted when needed.
/p pBeing part of the list does not guarantee any immediate of future collaborations with WeWorld.
Inclusion on the roster list will be active for the ongoing year and can be renewed upon mutual agreement between WeWorld and the roster list members.
/p h3Job description /h3 pThe Country Representative is based in the country for which he/she is the legal representative and head of mission of the organization.
He/she reports to the Head of Regional Unit.
/p h3MAIN DUTIES RESPONSABILITIES /h3 ul liProvide overall leadership, strategic direction,



and accountability for WeWorld's country programme.
/li liRepresent WeWorld with donors, government authorities, UN agencies, partners, and other key stakeholders.
/li liLead the development and implementation of the country strategy and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
/li liDrive partnership development, fundraising, and resource mobilization efforts.
/li liEnsure the quality, relevance, impact, and compliance of all programmes and projects.
/li liOversee the security, safety, and operational management of the country office.
/li liLead, supervise, and support expatriate, national staff, and volunteers, promoting a positive and high-performing work environment.
/li liEnsure sound financial management, internal controls, and compliance with donor and organizational requirements.
/li liGuide external communication, advocacy, and policy implementation to strengthen visibility and influence.
/li liPromote knowledge management, organizational learning, innovation, and continuous improvement across the country programme.
