/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSales Growth: Drive revenue through effective partner management and strategic initiatives, setting and achieving ambitious targets.
/li liRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships by understanding client needs, aligning solutions, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
/li liInnovation:
Identify new business opportunities and implement creative strategies to enhance partner satisfaction.
/li liCollaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and a unified partner experience.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of Channel/Partner Sales Management experience within the Cybersecurity industry.
/li liStrong channel/partner sales experience (VARs, distributors, MSSPs) and proven ability to generate pipeline through partners /li liExperience in new business development, account mapping, and joint business planning /li liExperience in end user management especially in the commercial space.
/li liBased in Milan or North Italy, with good knowledge of the local partner ecosystem /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills.
/li liStrong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
/li liWillingness to travel for partner events and meetings.
