Responsibilities
Verify remote connections and perform on-premise or cloud-based product installations
Configure servers, networks, and related services to meet specifications
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital products and equipment failures
Conduct system maintenance, inspections, and software updates as needed
Maintain documentation including field activity reports and complaint ticket management
Requirements
4-7 years field service experience with medical systems
Proven troubleshooting expertise with medical software systems
Fluent English and Italian or Spanish language skills
Windows operating system and server administration knowledge
Hardware installation and wiring skills for multiple configurations
Strong analytical and debugging capabilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
