pAt bLantania /b, we are looking to recruit an bHSEQ Site Technician /b to join our projects in bItaly /b, ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of health and safety, environmental and quality standards across our projects.
/p pThe role will have a cross-functional presence on site, working closely with production teams, the technical office, subcontractors, the client and the corporate Integrated Management System teams.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee compliance with all bhealth and safety, environmental and quality /b requirements applicable to the project.
/li liPrepare, review and keep up to date plans, procedures and records related to the Integrated Management System.
/li liCoordinate HS documentation, contractor coordination activities, permits, authorisations and administrative requirements associated with site activities.
/li liCarry out inspections and internal audits, identify deviations and promote corrective actions.
/li liManage non-conformities, incidents and accidents, including follow-up and closure.
/li liCoordinate inspections, testing and quality controls with the different stakeholders involved.
/li liMonitor the traceability and conformity of materials, equipment and supplies.
/li liMonitor HSEQ indicators and prepare periodic project reports.
/li liOversee environmental and waste management, as well as compliance with the measures established for the project.
/li liPrepare and coordinate the HSEQ documentation required for project close-out and final handover.
/li /ul h3Required profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree or equivalent qualification.
/li liTraining in bOccupational Health and Safety / Risk Prevention /b.
/li liMinimum of b2 years of experience /b in HSEQ-related roles.
/li libAdvanced level of English (B2–C1) is essential /b.
Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
/li liValid driving licence.
/li /ul h3Desirable qualifications /h3 ul liSpecific training in bquality and environmental management /b.
/li liKnowledge of bISO ***** and carbon footprint calculation and management /b.
/li /ul h3Key competencies /h3 pWe are looking for a professional with strong organisational and analytical skills, autonomy, initiative, leadership and a results-oriented mindset.
The ability to coordinate effectively with different teams, communicate clearly, manage priorities and exercise sound judgement when dealing with incidents or deviations will be especially valued.
