pIn this role, you will plan and optimize depot maintenance activities to ensure timely servicing of trains.
You will coordinate with workshop, retrofit, engineering and external teams to align on schedules and priorities.
You'll monitor workload, tool needs, and KPIs to maximize production efficiency and minimize delays.
You'll report status, analyze root causes of delays, and implement improvements to sustain high planning performance.

/pulliPlan and prioritize depot maintenance activities and schedules /liliReport maintenance status and follow-up, keeping production teams informed /liliInterface with maintenance leaders, retrofit, engineering and external teams /liliSupervise/coordinate maintenance activities in the workshop according to fixed time slots /liliMonitor workshop infrastructure and tool availability /liliVerify compliance with maintenance time slots and departure/arrival times /liliCreate and release notifications and service orders for corrective/preventive work /liliAnalyze delays and root causes to improve future performance /liliCollaborate with Supply Chain and monitor KPIs to optimize workload /liliAttend contingency/planning meetings and propose improvements /liliIdentify backup solutions to meet KPI targets /liliMeasure planning efficiency and pursue continuous improvement /liliEngineering Degree or related fields /liliAt least 3 years in process supervision/management in a production environment /liliExperience in planning (railway, aviation or production) /liliStrong maintenance process knowledge /liliRotating three-shift availability /liliExperience with ECM management; railway/train system knowledge; ECM rules are a plus /liliGood IT skills, especially SAP (CS/PM modules) and Microsoft Office /liliExcellent communication skills at all levels /liliFlexibility and resilience in critical situations /liliDecision-making ability and sense of urgency /liliGood knowledge of English and Local Language /lilicommunication at all levels /liliflexibility /liliresilience under pressure /liliSAP CS/PM /liliMicrosoft Office /liliECM management knowledge /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
