pWe are looking for a Solution Manager to support the growth of our energy storage business in Italy.
This role will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customers to develop technical solutions and support business growth in the Italian market.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliUnderstand customer requirements and develop suitable energy storage and solar solutions.
/liliProvide technical support throughout the sales process, including solution design, product selection, technical presentations, and customer discussions.
/liliWork closely with sales and business teams to identify customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
/liliCommunicate with customers, partners, and internal technical teams regarding system architecture, product configuration, and technical requirements.
/liliSupport technical clarification, proposal preparation, bidding activities, and customer presentations.
/liliKeep up to date with the Italian renewable energy and energy storage market, including relevant technical standards, regulations, and market trends.
/liliCollect customer feedback and work with product and RD teams to improve solutions and products.
/liliSupport key projects from technical discussion through project implementation.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics,
Energy Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
/liliFluent Italian and Mandarin Chinese with strong communication skills in both languages.
/liliGood English communication skills are preferred, as the role involves collaboration with international teams.
/liliExperience in energy storage, solar PV, inverters, power electronics, or renewable energy is preferred.
/liliStrong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and business teams.
/liliStrong customer-oriented mindset, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
/liliWillingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally when required.

/liliEngineers with strong technical backgrounds and Italian + Mandarin Chinese language skills.
/liliRecent graduates with a degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, energy engineering, or related fields, particularly those who are fluent in both Italian and Mandarin Chinese and have a strong interest in the renewable energy industry.
