/p pWe're expanding our operations across Europe and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to perform a critical role in delivering a high-performance facilities.
You'll work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of complex data centre builds.
/p h3The Role: /h3 ul liProvide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives /li liOwn and drive the project timeline, utilising advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget delivery /li liDevelop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs), encompassing all aspects of project delivery /li liManage the project team and lead performance evaluations of all project participants /li liMentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence /li liIdentify stakeholders; establish their needs and expectations; and plan and implement strategies to meet their needs /li liTake charge of the financial health of the project by managing budgets, payment applications, and providing strategic recommendations to the Client in terms of value for money /li liServe as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests with the Professional Team and Contractors /li /ul h3About you: /h3 ul liYou will have already managed medium to large-scale construction projects from conception through to completion /li liStrong leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring junior project managers and teams /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment,
managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities /li liStrong contract knowledge financial acumen /li liDegrees Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering subjects are preferable, but we'd also like to hear from you if you are qualified by experience.
/li liYou may already have experience in the Data Centre/Mission Critical sector, but we are also keen to speak to Project Managers in other sectors such as Energy, Oil Gas, Offshore and Maritime.
