/ppAs a Junior Product Specialist within the Home Energy Management (HEM) and Demand Response (DR) area, you will support the Product Management team in the definition and development of innovative HEM DR solutions across the Ariston Group.
/ppThe role offers exposure to both business and technical aspects, enabling you to work closely with cross-funcional teams and contribute to shaping new solutions.
/ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliDeep analysisof market dynamics,
customer trends and competitors to contribute to product insighits and opportunity identification /liliAssist in gathering and structuring business and functional requirements for HEM and DR solutions /liliContribute to the preparation of product documentation, presentations and internal reports /liliSupport project coordination by tracking tasks and monitoring progress, helping identify risks or improvement areas /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders (RD, Connectivity, Electronics) to follow the development of product features /liliPartecipate in meetings and workshop with internal teams and external partners /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliMaster's degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical, Electronics) or Economics/Business with a technical focus /liliStrong interest in Home Energy Management, connected products or energy systems /liliAnalytical mindset with a proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn /liliGood communicayion skills and ability to work effectively in a team /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel /liliFluency in English and Italian, German is a plus /li /ulh3What You'll Get /h3ulliHands-on experience in Product Management within an international environment /liliExposure to cross-funcional collaboration and real product development processes /liliOpportunity to work on innovative solutions in the energy domain /liliHybrid work model: 2 days of lavoro da remoto per week /li /ulpPlace of Work : Fabriano (AN) /ppWe are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.
